Health History (from your original GP/Practice) if you are new to Tamworth, New England and surrounding districts.
COVID regulation restricts person per square mtr in our rooms. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment, if you do then please let us know you have arrived (to fill out relevant forms) and then you may wait in your vehicle prior to being called.
Urgent appointments generally take a little longer
We pride ourselves in running on time, however Post Call and Emergency Theatre can delay appointments, but we let you know if this happens. It is always wise to call ahead.

TRRH admission desk is to the left of the information desk at the front entrance.
Tamara Private Hospital Admission desk is to the left as you go through the front entrance. Online admission is also available at Tamara Private Hospital.
